Looking for Ph.D. in Communications

Hi, I'm looking for a distance learning program for a Ph.D. in Communications and/or Media Studies from an accredited college. The only programs I've found were either at nonaccredited colleges or they didn't offer Communications Ph.D.'s if anyone has any ideas or has any information they could share with me I would really appreciate it.

I already have a 36 credit Master's Degree in Communications, and if possible I would like to find a program where I could apply those credits towards a Ph.D. program.

Regent University offers a short-residency Ph.D. in Communications. Regent is regionally accredited through the Southern Association.

The program does involve some residency, but there are worse places to do summer residencies than Virginia Beach.
