I am thinking of enrolling in Cranmer Seminary (High Point, NC) for my Master's degree. Does anyone have any information on the seminary or the programs they offer? Thanks.

I would suppose that if you are thinking about enrolling there you know more than i do from my 5 min look at their site. They are, of course, not accredited and make-to me- the stretching postulation that the reason for this is that accreditation does not fit their mission. I'd bet if they could get accredited then they certainly would, yet at least they do not claim accreditation from Liverpool! Seems to me the faculty is rather ingrown.

Suggest you make sure that your future does not occasion the requisite of accreditation eg, ordination, transfer of credit, higher accredited degree aspiration, teaching etc.

Blessings on your desire to study,

I live about an hour from High Point, so being the DL buff that I am I made a trip over to Cranmer a few months back. All the buildings on their site belong to the church from which they rent facilities--several offices in the church's educational wing. No one was in the office the day I went by, but I was able to speak to the pastor of the church. Our half hour conversation was informative, however, he did not seem to mind that a seminary was housed on his property.

There was a small white sign which read Cranmer Seminary outside the building.
