Need (free!) help finding a program

I'm working on a personal software project. It's geared towards making the process of finding and applying to affordable college programs easier, specifically for 'non-traditional' tracks. That would include online programs, adults going back to school later in life, and so on.

As a way for of gauging potential interest in something like this, I'd like to offer a free service to anyone who is interested: if you are looking to go to college, I will help you find an affordable program! I myself earned both a Bachelor's in English and and a Master's in computer Science through online programs, and it was a painstaking process to find them. But I learned a lot during the process.

I'm not sure how many people I can help at once, assuming there is any interest, but we'll see.
