I'm thinking of earning an M.ed. with this school, and like what I see on their website. Does anyone have any first had experience with this school? The affordability and being RA is making it look pretty attractive to me.

They're not Harvard, but they're serviceable depending on your goals. They don't participate in Title IV, so if you need federal financial aid then they're not the school for you.

Some years back, I served as a subject matter expert for one of their educational technology courses and then I taught the course the first time it was offered. They used a very compressed model (5 weeks). The high enrollment model and low instructor pay was not my cup of tea, so I declined the invitation to continue teaching for them after the first term. I have not had contact with them since.

I was enrolled in their Ed.D. program and completed my first course before withdrawing due to a lack of Title IV funding. The coursework was fairly easy but this was just the introductory 1 credit course.

Have you looked at other affordable M.Ed. programs at public and/or non-profit schools such as Lamar University, Louisiana State University (Baton Rouge), LSU Shreveport or Western Governors University?
