The graduation rate from CSU's Psychology Doctoral Program for 2015 was 35%, down from 55% in 2013!

It's my impression that the significant decline in graduation rates from this school's doctoral psychology degree program may be due to making their program and graduation requirements significantly more rigorous since they changed from DEAC to regional accreditation.

However, regardless of the reasons for this decline, a 35% rate of graduation from a doctoral program is quite low, and imo, is not a good sign that prospective students should consider, and request clarification, prior to entering this program.
