Does WES keep a record of transcripts for later use?

I am helping a foreigner to apply to a US school using WES to evaluate the credits earned in another country. This is a complicated process, as it not only involves paying WES, but also ordering transcripts from overseas, getting them notarized and officially translated, sent from an official source, etc., so it is not a process to do twice.

Does WES keep a record of transcripts, so that if the student wants to apply to another school at a future date, they can just ask WES send the stored records to that school?

AFAIK, WES (and all other evaluators) keep a record once you create an account with them. One can order the evaluation copies anytime to be sent to a school directly (for a fees, of course)
