I would really like to find a program that doesn't require a masters first. I was looking at California Intercontinental University, but I don't want a nationally accredited program to hold me down in the future. Are there any regionally accredited DBA or PhD in business programs that have an early/accelerated entry for those with Bachelors in Business and documentable business experience?

    Short answer - yes

Some schools will require a Masters, some not. In the "not" category you earn the Masters along the way to the doctoral degree.

My wife communicated with about 20 PhD programs, including Harvard, Princeton, Yale, and Berkeley. None required a Master's. In most cases, the Master's is awarded after coursework is completed and the student is advanced to candidacy to begin dissertation work. Part of the logic is that if they do not complete the dissertation phase, at least they have the Master's as a booby prize. (My wife already had a distance MA from Cal State Dominguez Hills, so she didn't need, but got, a second one, as well as the PhD. That makes her a MA MA.
