I have recently looked into Manchester's Business School. It offfers to two distance MBA. One is the MBAs for wealth Managers, Fiduciaries and Trustees and the other is for Financial Specialist. The program and the school both seem to be highly ranked. Does anybody know more info about the school or program. According to the info in the brochure the university is accredited by AMBA, AACSB and the AB.
Manchester Business School is part of Manchester University. Both very highly regarded in UK. Malcolm S Jenner
Manchester Business School has been accredited by AACSB in April this year. But I don't know whether its DL MBA programmes are also accreditied or not. As to its DL MBA programmes (formerly in partnership with the University of Wales), you may also access to http://www.ifm.ac.uk As far as I know, MBS will, hopefully, introduce its DL DBA later this year.
IFM, the distance learning arm of MBS does indeed share the AACSB accreditation. It was also awarded the full five year AMBA accreditation. There are several programmes, one for financial specialists, one for engineering business managers, a wealth management MBA and one with the Institute of Bankers in Ireland. The degrees are awarded by Manchester. There is more info available from the url you posted http://www.ifm.ac.uk Dan L
