Hello everybody. I would like to know your opinion about something... I intend to enroll myself to a dl program I have found, the ''Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Construction Site Management QCF'', in a few months, and my question is this: I am almost sure that having this qualification, I could be accepted in a Master level degree program, because the level 6 diplomas (nvq - qcf) are considered equivalent to a Bachelor's degree (accademically speaking). But as I said I am almost sure... Does anyone Know something more? Thank you.

Speaking for myself, I have to say that I have no idea what a NVQ Level 6 Diploma might be. Can you provide a link to your program?

    So I found this

Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Construction Site Management - CITB

and based on my sprinting through the front page I'll go out on a limb and say it's not equivalent to a Bachelors degree and will not qualify you for admissions to a Masters program. I could be wrong (but I'm not).

I also hold a level 6 British qualification, some schools offer top up programs so this means that the level 6 qualification could be transformed into a BSc program but normally this requires an extra year of work.
Some schools might consider you for a MSc program but this mainly applies to British schools. American schools will not admit you based on a diploma alone but some British schools might provided that you show working experience and other type of training in the area. Many British schools would consider you for a MSc in Construction MAnagement with the level 6 diploma and a BSc degree in a different field.
Level 6 normally equals to two years of full time studies.

    Equivelancy

You can see this: Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF)
And yes, it has more value in the british university system, so I think that if I have a chance to be accepted in a master's degree, that would be 99,99% in a british university..

    British, as RFValve says.

I was surprised at the number of British Universities offering distance programs in Construction Management. I believe there are at least 19, although many of those are M. Sc. programs.
You might want to investigate this school, to see if they have a top-up program to complete your Bachelor's, after your Level 6. https://www.ucem.ac.uk/study-with-ucem/undergraduate/bsc-hons-construction-management/

I see you've changed your proposed major, from Homeland Security. Nothing wrong with that.

Καλή σας μέρα. (Have a nice day.)

Australia has a somewhat similar system - the AQF, along the lines of the British NVQ. It stands for Australian Qualifications Framework. Their Level 6 is "Associate Degree/Advanced Diploma." You can see the whole thing here.

The other option is to do a level 7 diploma and go for a top up MSc program. This is what I did, a top up BSc costs at least 10K pounds while a top up MSc cost around 4K pounds.
Not all the top up MSc degrees are DL but you can negotiate the dissertation at distance. This is what I did, I did not complete a DL program but the professor accepted supervision at distance.
