Financial Aid out of country?

    Can one attain student loans to attend a school in a foriegn country. Say I would like to try an online degree from London School of Business. Any problems with aid?

    On a slightly different topic the US Lifetime Learning Tax Credit or Hope Scholarship Tax Credit is only allowed for for schools that have US Dept of Education approval (Quote from IRS Publication 970 " includes virtually all accredited public, nonprofit, and proprietary post secondary institutions").
