Online Distance Learning Master Degree Program

Dear Ready and Fellow Degree Seekers,

Anybody with information regards schools in Europe, any Scandinavian countries or in India that offers Tuition Free or very low Master Degree program with online / Distance Learning study mode and that is approved and accredited globally or national level?

Please share with me on here; as I have someone who is in urgent need of such.

We know about this UoPeople you suggested too bro but, the issue with them is that, they don't offer Masters. Only Associate and Bachelor Programs. Thanks for your suggestion. I am sure someone else would find it more useful.
