UMUC Competency Based?

I see University of Maryland University College always mentioned when "competency based" education comes up on websites, but they don't seem to have any competency based programs. Does anyone know of any that they're offering? I've read articles that they're redesigning all of their programs, but their website and catalog make it look just like any other online, credit-based program

I've tried calling the college, and I get a call center where they can't answer my questions and just keep trying to get my contact info by reading a script they've been given.

Unless it's hiding somewhere, I don't see any competency-based programs at the UMUC site either.
