Yeah, #13 is UNISA, a school that gets a fair amount of attention on this board. I'm actually a bit impressed that it's up at #13 as sometimes people throw shade at UNISA. Clearly, the African schools get attention, at least in part, due to their low cost and UNISA, because it's entirely a DL university get the longest looks. However, it's important to point out that even #1, University of Cape Town has a few DL programs. I'll bet you could cruise through the list and find that many (most) have at least some DL offerings.
