For anyone interested, the Australian Catholic University offers a unique opportunity to obtain a DL postgraduate degree in theology with an interdisciplinary emphasis. For instance, their MA in Theology offers such courses as "Biblical Poetry," "Theology and Literature," "Liturgical Studies," "Early Christian Literature," "Theology and Society," "Religion and Psychology," "Religion and Politics," "Culture and the Sacred."

I am seriously considering this school myself.
