Information about Universities and Acceptance

I am planning to continue by BS in Information Technology. I have conidered of taking it from Capella University or American intercontinental University. Can you give me any useful information about this universities - accredition, acceptance etc.

Both are accredited by their respective regional associations.

When you check into the field you may find that several colleges/universities that have traditional campuses will have some technology degrees at a distance.
