Ed.D program at American College of Education

In addition to what is already on the website (American College of Education) can anyone give me some experiences they have had with this college? How many hours a week do you spend in the Ed.D program? Is the Ed.D program good from someone who is not in education or teaching? For the dissertation, do you have to implement a solution in your workplace? If so how did you go about doing this? Any experiences or insights about American College of Education or Ed.D programs would be appreciated!
