I can attest to the certificates offered through eCornell (which is the platform for the non-degree non-credit offerings). They pack a lot into two week sessions. I've been thinking of going back for their certificate in Change Leadership. The price tag is a bit of a turnoff, though. I would never self-fund the certificates and the high price tag for a non-degree program is a bit outside of my employers comfort zone so it takes some convincing. BUT, I didn't know about the HR Masters. This is probably going straight into my consideration pile.
