Are there independent studies programs qualifying for FAFSA?

    I found an independent study program at the University of Idaho, but found it does not offer Financial Aid. The program is interesting because even upper intermediate and graduate credits are cheaper than most community college courses.

    Does anyone know any US college with independent study courses which still offer Financial Aid for these courses or at least qualify people for "full time" status when taking enough of the courses?

    CSU-Pueblo has one I believe. WGU definitely takes FAFSA/Federal Aid.
