    Here's what I know:
    It's in Lithuania.
A bunch of degrees are taught in English.
    They have DL offerings.
    The cost is reasonable.

    Here's what I don't know:
    Is it open to non-Lithuanians?
Are any of the degrees available 100% DL?
Does the cost change for non-citizens, etc.?
Why would I choose VMU over any other school?

The first final exam is simple; "Pronounce the name of this university."

It looks excellent, and prices are reasonable. I have a friend from Kaunas; also, my father visited it a few times. The city hosts a basketball team (Zhalgiris Kaunas) that was positively legendary in USSR, a home of perhaps the best Soviet player of all time (Arvidas Sabonis, later of Portland Trail Blazers).

I never heard about this university; it's no wonder as it was closed down by Soviet authorities and reopened in the nineties. It appears to be full of healthy ambition, not unlike Ukraine's University "Kyiv Mohyla Academy". The school runs a scholarship fund for students from Ukraine (including temporarily occupied territories). Good vibes aplenty.

It's a bit hard to navigate the website. I located only two DL programs: a Bachelors in teaching and IT and a Master's in "Conjugal Ethics". The latter is a joint program (with the Pontifical John Paul II Institute for Studies on Marriage and Family in Rome), taught in Russian for some reason, and comes from the (Catholic) Theology Department. For the few people who have these exact interests, I can't think of a better choice. Impressive, impressive stuff.

I suppose it's possible some students are a bit disappointed when they learn that the degree is focused on moral, canon law, and doctrinal teachings of the Catholic Church relating to the institute of marriage (and the sacrament of Matrimony, I s'ppose).
The content of this program seems fascinating. Kudos to the good faculty at VMU for offering this via DL instead of, eg., another MBA. I'm weirded out a bit about the fact it's offered exclusively in Russian (a language I'm fully fluent in, btw, for better or worse). It must be part of a sinister Jesuit plot aimed at stealing Russian souls. If so, I fully approve :).
