Hey, I'm bumping this to see if I can get a reaction from people. Thumbs up? Down?

Offers grad certificates / diplomas, no degrees. I've looked and can find no evidence of anything equivalent / comparable to Institutional Accreditation. Probably because, as ARLT describes itself, it's a "non-profit NGO," - no more, no less. Courses may well have some merit, I don't really know - but academic credit at the University level (at least in Netherlands) looks unlikely - to me, anyway. They have a branch in Cork, Ireland as well, I'm told.

They also offer free courses to applicants receiving welfare in a list of European countries. Discount rate of 350 Euros for students in a list of low-income countries.
