As I said in my intro, I have already earned my AS in General Studies from Clovis CC. I only did 15 of those credits at clovis. My degree is a mixture of many different schools, RA and NA (Detc). I am looking for a school that takes entire associates degrees.

I have had little help from Clovis about schools they have agreements with. I know Bellevue, Wgu, Byu-I will take an associates degree as a block. Anyone else have anymore? As it sits now I'm
leaning towards Bellevue. I also saw that CSU- Global has some language that might lead one to believe they would take one in whole.

Have you checked with Clovis which colleges they have transfer agreements with ? They might just take the whole AS as a block.

What field of study interests you?

An Associate's degree in General Studies usually transfers well to many Bachelor's programs, but your NA credits accepted by Clovis may prove problematic. Before enrolling anywhere, make sure the school will accept the credits in transfer, I don't know of any school that will accept and entire degree in whole.

Outside of schools that Clovis has articulation agreements with, your best bet might be RA schools that are or were also NA. American Public/Military University and California Southern come to mind right away.

The OP is correct. Bellevue University will accept your AA as a block, meaning it will allow the transfer of all credits within your associate's degree and will "see" them as meeting all of its own core requirements irrespective of whether they actually do or don't. In other words, if you have an associate's degree, any associate's degree, irrespective of the courses that make up the degree, if you transfer it to Bellevue you will only have to take the courses in your major and open electives. This can be a GREAT cost savings as I used FEMA credits to fill many of my open electives.

How many of your credits are NA? I ask because sometimes it's EASIER just to test out of those NA credits to cover the deficiency, and then move forward. I had an entire 80-something credit NA associates degree and after banging my head on the wall for years just buckled down and tested out of an entire RA associates at TESC in 6 months. I could have done it faster if I didn't have to take care of 3 homeschooled kids, a nursing baby, volunteer 1 day a week and work 1 day a week. You get what I'm saying? You could probably test out of those NA credits in a month and then you could apply anywhere.
