A friend of mine went to Westfield State, he said that there isn't much to do there except drink or study, which could be good or bad, depending on your viewpoint.
Of course, since we're talking about DL programs it doesn't matter that it's a smallish town. Even Ted, in his bustling metropolis in Ottawa County could earn his degree there.
