I put together a list of free schools for my book (not all of them, but 25 to get you started) Here's the thing, if you're REALLY interested in studying abroad, you can do it at one of the zero tuition schools. Many of these schools ALSO accept students for "study abroad" programs- so let's say you're enrolled at AnyNameUniversity in the USA, and you want to do a semester in Germany. You're going to pay USA tuition, plus the study abroad tuition and housing, etc. If you cut out the USA tuition, you can go directly to the German university and study for $0 tuition (alongside the eager Americans paying their inflated costs, of course). Anyhow- some countries to look at: Germany, Brazil, Argentina, Finland, Estonia, Norway and Chile
