University of London - Sociology Diploma

Anyone who's knowledgeable with the UK Higher Education system, would this credential generally fulfill the 18-semester hour graduate credit threshold that many US schools use for teaching positions?

It's an interesting question and while I can't be certain, I'd guess that you could make that work. The pricetag makes it an attractive prospect. In case it's useful, here are some other Sociology grad programs.

I am pretty sure this is an undergraduate qualification. Essentially, a second major. Graduate level is PGDip and Master's, and these are not as inexpensive (and Sociology is not available).
In itself, it is a great credential. My wife has one of these (in Finance and Banking)
