Someone asked me about the certificate programs at CSU... I haven't heard of it before. The site says it has been doing distance learning since the 70's, but I hadn't heard of them. They are regionally accredited. Anyone have any experience with them?
We might have heard something . . . http://www.degreeinfo.com/general-distance-learning-discussions/50949-calsouthern-u-receives-initial-accreditation.html http://www.degreeinfo.com/nursing-medical-related-degrees/48382-calsouthern-psyd.html http://www.degreeinfo.com/general-distance-learning-discussions/33220-california-southern-university.html http://www.degreeinfo.com/accreditation-discussions-ra-detc-state-approval-unaccredited-schools/51044-california-southern-new-regionally-accredited-21-june-wasc.html
Yes, they are regionally accredited. Yes, they have an interesting history. Yes, it (SCUPS) is relevant--after all, this school claims to be operating since the SCUPS days. But it probably doesn't matter anymore, anyway.
