    Hello All,

I have really learned a lot from this forum. I am a bit of a lurker (I just signed up for an actual username), but I have been frequenting the site for 2 years now. I used this site to find my MBA and LLM program. There is a lot of knowledge here. I really appreciate the time you spend to research and debate.

I am writing to get some advice. I have asked professors from my current program and others from other universities and I tend to get a wide variety of answers.

I have a BS and an LLM and will be finishing up my MBA (University of Essex) in June of next year. I want to continue my studies at the doctoral level. My focus is corporate governance and the impact it has on consumers and certain sections of society (specifically in US and UK). I have gotten feedback that this could be studied in a School of Management, Economics, Law and Public Policy) and I was wondering what you ladies and gentlemen thought would eb the best route.

I would also be looking to complete this via distance learning. My LLM (I do NOT plan to practice law) and MBA are form UK schools and I really like those programs. I have learned a lot and made a lot of really good contacts and acquaintances through my studies. So I would also like any input you might have on a good program in UK that would fit the area you consider the better approach to my focused/potential study subject.

Thanks in advance. I hope my post wasn't too long.

University of Leicester and King's College London both have PhD programs that might work for you.
