Feasability of getting financial aid so late....

Is anyone familiar with getting aid one month before a program starts? I'm trying for a post bac program that offers it, yet I'm worried I might be pushing it applying for aid so soon before it starts.

I'm thinking about using one of those fast fin aid preparation companies that do your app quick and easy with no errors.

Any thoughts?
