Ph.D in Management and Decision Sciences

I am interested in looking for new limited residency Doctorate program. I just saw Capitol Technology University (formerly Capitol College) offers Ph.D in Management and Decision Sciences. The program requires 54 credits, I assume you must possess a Master degree prior admission.

 

You must have a relevant Masters degree, 5 years of relevant work experience and at least one of the certs from the short list (if not, you have to take an entrance exam). Looks interesting.

For a technology university, their website is horrible. It's not easy to find things, in my opinion. Plus their layout has certain things cutoff, such as when you scroll you mouse over "prospective grad students" there are two icons to the right of the page that have text cutoff. For a university that glorifies themselves in technology, they should really "beef" up their website.
