I know someone who is looking for an online program related to animal behavioral training. Specifically she is interested in working with dog rescue shelters to rehab dogs so they can be adopted out. She'd like some sort of diploma, cert or credential for this. Not necessarily a degree. It has to be online. I know that Penn Foster has a dog obedience traning program and that it's a legitimate organization. Anyone know of any other programs that might fit those interests?
