Does anyone have any recommendations for Psych PhD's in Organizational Leadership, Business Psychology or I/O? I was previously looking for direct leadership programs, but psych organizational/leadership programs would be best do to my Masters being in Psychology. I already have 18 credits at the doctoral level, so a program that accepts a higher number of credits would be ideal. I have already been in contact with Touro University. I love that they are RA and have no residency requirements, but they only accept 6 credits out of the 18 I already have. Any other recommendations would be very helpful.
Aside from saying that Walden generally enjoys a good reputation I can't tell you much about this program but you can read up on it and maybe, if nothing else, it will serve as a point of comparison. PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology | Doctorate In Psychology | Walden University
Also, here's an old thread that might help . . . http://www.degreeinfo.com/business-mba-degrees/32975-phd-organizational-leadership-help.html
The Ed.D/Ph.D programs in Leadership at the University of the Cumberlands would accept your 18 doctoral level credits in fulfillment of the concentration requirement for the degree. I believe you could make Psychology your specialization while competing the Leadership degree.
That school is bad news, atleast to me it is. If you look at my previous post on leadership programs, it has more information. Thanks for suggesting something though.
