   I know KCTCS and UW has general AA/AS through their competency based platform.
   
   SNHU also has one that's only for certain employers.
   
   But does anyone else know other programs ?

   The SNHU program is not exclusive to some employers. It's open to all of them. I know because I am a participating employer.
