Easiest route to a BA or BS please help

Ok, forgive my ignorance. I went straight in to the work place straight out of high school. I have no formal college education. In my current work, I'd like to take the next promotional exam. However, in order to take the exam, I need a BA or BS in ANY field. It does not matter what my degree's major is. I am looking for the easiest and fastest way to earn an accredited bachelors degree.

With that said, I'm looking for help in obtaining my degree here. My degree does have to be accredited by an agency: "Accreditation agencies must be recognized by the Department of Education".

I have done some research, and just haven't found what I'm looking for.
If I'm not in the correct area of this forum, please direct me elswhere. Or, if this topic has been covered in great detail, a link would be great.
