Technical problem with ALEKS (Intro Stats)

I'm taking Intro Stats through ALEKS. Love the way it is set up, but I'm having a technical issue with the provided calculator. I have verified that it IS a problem with the calculator (not just my Stats skills). I've been at it for about 11 days total, and I've lost 2 of those days because of this problem. I've emailed ALEKS technical support 3 times now (in the last 24 hours, all on the same "ticket") with no response. Am I just being too impatient? Has anyone else experienced this? Does ALEKS support get back to you? I'm just frustrated because things were going great and I was looking forward to knocking out a couple other classes this way, but things are at a standstill now until the problem is resolved. Just wondering if this is typical or if I'm just the (un)lucky soul having a problem...
