I need to earn a masters degree within the next 2 years in order to keep my position with my current employer. I need to attend an online school that is accredited. I'm looking for an affordable school, that isn't too difficult academically, as I don't excel at writing papers. I'm looking for a photography program ideally, but if that's not available, something focusing on the arts will have to suffice. Many thanks in advance for any guidance and advice.

I think you'll find that you have more than a few choices. Here's one to get you started:

    School of Art

Thanks, Kizmet. Unfortunately the School of Art isn't the right fit for me. Do you have any other suggestions?

I think you'll find that the vast majority of Masters degrees in Photography are going to be MFA degrees. This, by definition places them within the School/Dept. of Art. If this is not appealing you'll have to explain how else you might use this degree.

Your employer sounds very shortsighted. If you are doing your job to your employers satisfaction then that employer should modify his position in your case .
