George Barna's, an expert on just about everything to do with churches and a major researcher, has begun a new venture. While the "University" does not grant degrees, they do offer CEUs that can be used an accredited schools. I am sure this one is legit. CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFO

If you go back to the original post and hit the *edit* key within 5 or 10 minutes (???) of posting you can edit your original post.

  4. The FAQs page states that CEU credits are available from Fuller Seminary.

Fuller Theological Seminary was accredited by the American Association of Theological Schools in 1957 and by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges 1969. It offers many continuing education options, among them Church Communications Network satellite conferences. Barna University appears to be a joint venture between Barna and CCN. Looks as if it could be very useful to many.

I don't understand; this is a new paradigm for me. How many CEU's do I have to have before I can call myself the Right Reverend Doctor etc., etc.? ;)

    Rich:

Thanks for your interest in ministerial credentials. The title requirements are as follows:

    1. Reverend: 36 CEU's
    2. Right Reverend: 60 CEU's
    3. Right Reverend Doctor: 96 CEU's

    Hope this helps, brother! ;)
