    Dear Users
''In my country for employers accreditation or popularity of university not important.
    Important point is:
The university have to recognized by Ministry of education.
I found most affordable University which costs 115 usd per credit.
    BUT:
When i researched: i did not find school name UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION web site: U.S. Department of Education.
    EVEN SO:
I found school name: GEORGIA NONPUBLIC POSTSECONDARY EDUCATION COMMISSION (GNPEC) website:GNPEC
Dear users i wait your advices:
    can i belive THİS SCHOOL?

GNPEC is not the name of a school.

Do you have the name of the school/university you are asking about?

If the name is listed at GNPEC it does not mean it is a conventional school/university (since it lists institutions that offer non-degree training in areas such as bartending)

    I agree with TCord1964.

A university meeting the requirements you listed in Post #1 is the University of the People.
    University of the People

I have no experience with this fairly new school; however it is accredited by DETC which means it is indirectly approved by the US Dept of Education.

The US government does not accredit individual universities - see here for more information: College Accreditation in the United States-- Pg 1

The university was accredited by DETC untill 2013.It was resigned.NOw they have only ASIC accredition that i do not know power of its.
I do not The Effect of Accredition in USA but anyway for me important point is The University must be officially educational institition(it must recognised by any departmen of ministry)
115 usd per credit or 350 usd per course very inexpensive for me(business administration-finance)
I didnot find most affordable instititution like them. But i do not want to lose 15.000 usd if they are IMAGINARY UNIVERSITY and i will not use my diploma.
Now i am reseaching another inexpensive universities.I f you know please advise me.
NOTICE: University of People do not gives Diploma( only some of paper gives) And their bachelors programs takes minimum 4 years. You have not chance to finish earlier than 4 years.

Have you looked into the University of London (UoL)?

You did not specify what subject you wanted for a degree but the UoL offers a BS in business for around 7,500 USD (12,000 BAM)
Business Administration (BSc) | University of London International Programmes

UoL degrees vary greatly in cost depending on what subject you select.

You might want to review this thread
    http://www.degreeinfo.com/general-distance-learning-discussions/47871-how-complete-regionally-accredited-degree-less-than-university-people.html
States a way to obtain a BS degree for 3,715 USD.
However I suspect this might be difficult for non-US residents not familier with US degrees in general.

    Sir Anderson
is 7.500 usd total of program?if it is total of program than it is very affordable.
    Or total of year 2015?
I think that the program takes 3 years, if the price is total of year than the prgram costs 22.500 usd.

From the UoL site I mentioned: The total provided above is an example of the total amount of fees payable to the University for the whole programme of study.
