Peru State College is going to cost much more than $15,000. I don't know their CLEP policy. That might be able to reduce the cost. Fort Hays State University and Chadron State College are schools that are often mentioned with Peru State College.

If you can work fast enough to finish your degree in 2.5 years, Western Governors University can keep you under the $15,000 limit. It's a self-paced school. However, I don't think they accept international students.

There is another option that gets quite complicated. You can complete a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an area of study in Accounting from Thomas Edison State College for well under $10,000. This utilizes TESC's Per Credit Tuition Plan and TECEPs to meet the residency requirements. Being an international student, however, you won't be able to take the TECEPs online. You will have to find a proctor and take them on paper. If you don't live near a CLEP, DSST, or Pearson (for Uexcels) testing center, Straighterline, ALEKS, TEEX, Saylor, Propero, Sophia Learning, and AlignDegree are options. Let me know if you want to hear more. I have a test out plan for this degree.

Try Taft University if a DETC degree will do.

It depends. The original poster didn't mention if he/she has any existing credits to transfer into the program. If so, that would dramatically reduce the cost of completing the degree. I transferred 90 credits into Peru State College's accounting BS program and finished for approximately $6k. That was a few years ago so it is slightly more now. The current cost per credit hour is $250 but the college does not have any additional fees. You can earn 30 credit hours for $7,5000.

They have a very generous CLEP policy and will accept up to 60 credit hours of CLEP credit into a BS program. They also accept ACE evaluated courses, too.

Taft university accepts only trasfer students.

    Peru state college 225 usd per credit...it means that 120 x 225 usd = 27.000 usd + ebooks,registration etc.

Okay, I'll assume by your response that you do not have any credit to transfer into the program. In that case Peru State College will not work for you if you earn all of your credits with them.

If you are looking for online accounting degree then I will recommend you to take help from Professor Aloke Ghosh. Actually he is a professor of accounting in Zicklin School of Business.
