Upper Division Distance Learning Classes

I am looking for an inexpensive, regionally accredited university that offers upper division (300 and 400 level) classes in Management and easy enrollment (sign up at any time).

I took distance learning classes before from a community college where it was entirely online and I could move at my own pace (low pressure) as the classes did not follow a traditional quarter or semester schedule. All of the tests were online (blackboard).

Any ideas? I would like to get started quickly.

 

What are you planning to study? Western Governors University, Patten University, and Northern Arizona University have self-paced programs and are inexpensive.
