Would the programs offered by Excelsior and TESC work?

I was hoping for a straight forward electronics only certificate.

    Here's one from Canada:

GBC - Continuing Education - Electronics Technician Certificate

    More at: http://www.etcourse.com/

Good reputation, reasonable cost. Approx. 32 weeks online. Plus, there are two accelerated degree paths if you want one, once you are done. One is US (Indiana State) the other Canadian (Athabasca U). Both the degree schools are RA.

The George Brown College course will give you two years credit towards a BS at Indiana State - or one year at Athabasca. The GBC course is about $1,700. The degree completion costs around 20K (distance) at either school.

I did see that one and it is a great find but I know the company will not offer TA for a Canadian school

The original post states "must be from a regionally accredited school".

ITT Tech is accredited by ACICS, which is a national accreditor.

So the TESC "Undergraduate Certificate in Electronics" doesn't qualify ?

Seems like a straightforward, electronics-only certificate to me.

While you're looking for the "right" RA course, check out this amazing freebie: 4,000+ PDF pages of the U.S. Navy's Electrical and Electronics Technician program. I've started studying it myself - my plan is to print out each module (of 24) as I study it. Wow - compared to the others I've looked over, it's pretty darn thorough, as might be expected.

It's available for viewing / download from a number of sites. Here's one - Davidson College, NC. Davidson College Instrumentation Specialist - NEETS

I understand. Too bad, as electronics works exactly the same on both sides of the border.
