So I spoke to an adviser from WUSL yesterday ; their university college offers some undergraduate degree programs, part of which can be taken through online classes.

They don't have a whole program that's online but they do have a very generous transfer policy - 84 credits total (66 from CC). So I asked the adviser if it's possible to transfer in 84 credits + do some online classes at WUSL and eventually finish up the rest on campus, he says depending on program ; it is possible. So long as you complete at least 30 with them to graduate.

**also note that they allow a maximum of 30 transferable credits that's done online. According to the adviser, it means if the transcripts indicate that the class was done online ; they will only accept up to 30 credits. If the transcripts don't indicate anything, they count that as normal credits.

So it could be something like Harvard Extension for those who are interested.
    But it's $620 / credit hour.

Not sure how's their reputation nationally - but USnews puts them at 14. I chanced upon them while searching some online programs from U of Mo online.
