Good school for Intl. Relations, Intl. Affairs, Intl.Studies in US,Canada,UK,EU,Aus.?

I'm planning go for online Master's in Intl. Affairs, Intl. Relations, or Studies (to be eligible for any international organizations) in any schools or institutes in US, Canada, UK, Europe, or Australia while working.
I'm not looking for any ivy league schools but schools well known in this particular field although the university is not a top school.
I'm also looking for schools with reasonable tuition since other top schools like Tufts cost insanely a lot!!!

Any help would be appreciated!
