UK Certificate-level programs: History and Philosophy/Religion

I came across two brochures at the public library that I thought I'd pass along. I'm not affiliated with either place.

Oxford University: Advanced Diploma in Local History

Taught at upper-division undergraduate level, and can apparently lead to the M.Sc.in English Local History.
They request applications by July 2014, but the start date isn't until 9 September 2014.
