If someone had 3/4 of a degree in DETC credits and the final 1/4 in RA credits thereby receiving a RA BA degree. Will the fact that 3/4 of the credits are DETC interfere with getting into RA graduate program? Or will the fact that it's a RA undergraduate be enough?

Your degree will certainly meet the "you need a Bachelor's degree" requirement of any Master's or Doctoral program. However, graduate admissions decisions are often made, or heavily influenced, by the department to which you are applying. If a given Master's or Doctoral program has specific course requirements (e.g., finance and economics for an MBA, chemistry and zoology for some MS programs), it is possible that they will look at the individual courses that made up your Bachelor's. If some relevant courses are from the DETC side of your ledger, it is conceivable (but not likely, I think) that someone who has a bone to pick with DETC might have a problem with this. Good luck in your quest.

In addition, let's not forget that the scale and scope of options available for graduate school means -really- that you will likely not have any trouble getting into a program (assuming you've met their admission requirements for GPA, test scores, etc.). That's not to say that you will get into every school, or a specific school, but getting into an RA grad school? Easy peasy.
