    I strongly suspect that the lowest cost for an RA Bachelors is achieved by testing out of absolutely as many credits as possible, taking courses hodge-podge from the cheapest sources available at the time and then transferring the whole mess to one of the Big 3 for a degree. Start here:

    I have a test out plan for that! Really, it's a combination of credit-by-exam and some $300, ACE-approved courses from Sophia Learning and Align Degree. The Straighterline courses are $49 each plus a $99 a month subscription. The more courses you can complete in a month, the more you save.
