Accredited online English programs?

Hello to all. I have spent the last couple of weeks searching in vain for an RA, completely online English program, Masters or Bachelors level. The search has become rather frustrating because I thought that I saw a Canadian program but now I can't find it.
I have a Bachelors degree and numerous graduate credits in Education, but I have never taken any college level English courses. My plans are to acquire an English degree and then to teach English in some capacity once I retire from the military in seven years. Any information or advice would be greatly appreciated.

More info would be helpful... Must the degree be from the USA? If not, then you might look at the University of London or the University of South Africa. Both are legitimate and well-respected.
