I was just pondering on WNMU website and they revamped their online degree options and website. It looks great and provides several new options (last that I seen). Hopefully I'm not echoing this message from another DL post. Here are the options:

    Graduate:

    Business Administration
    Educational Leadership
    Interdisciplinary Studies
    Occupational Therapy
    Reading
    Social Work
    Teaching

    Undergrad:

    Career & Technical Education
    Criminal Justice
    Interdisciplinary Studies
    Nursing
    Rehabilitation Services

    Associate:

    Criminal Justice
    Liberal Studies

I love the advancement and hope they potentially add some doctorates in the future (should they advance it further).

It looks like they also offer graduate certificates in each of the different categories that make up their Interdisciplinary Studies degree. For example, if you are only interested in earning 18 graduate credits in criminal justice, you can now do that and earn a graduate certificate in that field.

WNMU has been on the move lately with their online offerings. They're definitely growing. They've restructured their administrative structure, and now they have people solely working with the online programs. I hope they continue to grow. It's a great school!

I hope so, too. My aunt graduated there with her undergrad and graduate in special education. She loved it; then again she did the traditional school route.

Online social work programs continue to interest me. Maybe even the master's in occupational therapy if I were given some transfer credit. Thanks for the information!

I noticed their MBA now being available online. When I considered Master's degrees WNMU had the MA(IS) and ENMU had the MBA. I ultimately went with the MAIS of course, but I was so impressed and enamored by the cozy school and caring professors that were I to decide to pursue an MBA at this point (not likely) I would absolutely go with WNMU. Plus my BS was in Management so I would qualify for the regular 33 hour program as opposed to the "non-business undergrad" version which requires the 4 leveling survey courses. But no, I am still looking into PhD programs. :) Must focus!

The certs are very attractive, I've completed one course already prior to jumping ship for the WGU MBA.

i wonder if they will allow a cert today, followed by a separate cert in say a year to be combined for the MAIS?
