I have a BA in Math and MA in Education, does anyone know what courses should I take to teach math at college level? Also, are those courser offered online? Also I saw that Drexel University has Certificate of Graduate Study in Mathematics Learning and Teaching (Certificate in Math Learning and Teaching) does that complete the 18 units requirement?

I see you are in Sacramento. My understanding is that California Community Colleges require a graduate degree (or equivalent) to teach many subjects including math.

If your MA is in math education maybe you meet qualifications.

Of course their are other colleges and I do not know their requirements.

To answer your question on on-line math courses here is one option:
CO State U offers both a Grad degree and certificates on-line in Applied statistics
