The State of Hawaii has closed its file on Lincoln Park University. LPU had created a website at www.lincolnparkuniversity.com. LPU's principal, Vienna resident Roland Hofbaeur, represented that LPU had not received any tuition payments or enrolled any students. He has shut down the website and otherwise ceased operations, pending compiance. Based on those representations, the State of Hawaii issued a warning letter and the file has been closed. Jeffrey E.
