The State of Hawaii has closed its file on Wilson State University. WSU had incorporated in Hawaii and created a website at www.wilsonstate.com. WSU's principal, New Jersey resident Yaping "Frank" Mo represented that WSU had not received any tuition payments or enrolled any students. He cancelled WSU's tax licenses, shut down the website and otherwise ceased operations. Based on those representations, the State of Hawaii issued a warning letter and the file has been closed.
