Scholarship location and assistance service

Have any of you used a service which provided list of scholarships, filtered appropriately for the students?

I have tried several online databases, but they all seem to just collect the informationbut little is provided in return.

I am more interested in service which can provide a large list and assist in filling the petitions.

The students are in Maryland.

I appreciate any guidance in this area, as I am not familiar with it. I paid my way cash. :ugh2:
